Shipping Information
At ALCANSIDE, we want your experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order. The information below outlines how we process and deliver your products.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within one to three business days after purchase. Weekends and public holidays are not included. During busy periods, such as product launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Methods
We provide a range of delivery options that vary by destination. Available methods include standard and express shipping. The options presented at checkout depend on your location and the products in your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Delivery Time
Delivery times differ by region and the shipping option selected. External factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions, may extend delivery times. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist. However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and import fees associated with both the delivery and the return of an order. These costs are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by ALCANSIDE. If you are unsure which fees may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office before completing your purchase.
